About MacEMS

OUR SERVICE

MacEMS is the student-run emergency medical service at Macalester. We operate exclusively on campus, and are on call in the Campus Center on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9pm-2am. In addition we also work Macalester events like Dances, Fall Fest, athletics events, etc. To contact us, call Macalester Public Safety (612-696-6555) or your RA-on-call.

Roles

Emergency Medical Technician

Emergency Medical Technician licenses can either be issued via off-campus training or through the course we offer during Macalester's January break. EMTs who have taken the Macalester course are expected to respond on our service once a month.
